Names Former Guild Mortgage Exec As Branch Managaer

Geneva Financial, an Arizona-based direct mortgage lender operating in 45 states, announced the opening of a new branch in Montrose, Colo., led by Branch Manager Lynn Whipple.

Opening the branch provides opportunities for local borrowers and buyers looking to navigate the housing market. Whipple and her team have made a name for themselves in the Colorado market, helping consumers across the state achieve their goals of homeownership and refinancing.

"We are so excited to be joining the Geneva team." Whipple said. "There's really nothing quite like the care and human touch Geneva is known for."

Before joining  Geneva, Whipple served as sales manage and loan officer at Guild Mortgage. She also previously worked as a senior loan originator for Fidelity Mortgage, and as a mortgage banker with Major Mortgage. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Northern Arizona University.

The new branch will serve homebuyers throughout the state, providing Geneva's exceptional service and extensive product offerings through countless homebuyer and homeowner-focused products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Refinance, Reverse, Jumbo Loans, Condo Financing, and more.

Geneva is expanding in all markets and seeking branch managers and loan originators across the United States looking to advance their mortgage careers. Founded in 2007 by Aaron VanTrojen, Geneva Financial is a direct mortgage lender headquartered in Chandler, Ariz., with more than 130 branch locations in 45 states. For more about Geneva Financial Mortgage Home Loans, click here.
