LenderLogix Launches Native eSignature Capability Within LiteSpeed POS

Streamline Document Execution

New LiteSpeed eSign integrates directly with Encompass to streamline document execution for lenders, borrowers, and third parties without leaving the mortgage workflow

LenderLogix has expanded its mortgage technology platform with the launch of LiteSpeed eSign, a fully native electronic signature solution embedded directly within its LiteSpeed point-of-sale (POS) system.

The new functionality is designed to streamline document execution for lenders and borrowers by eliminating the need to move between systems during the signing process.

Built to integrate seamlessly with ICE Mortgage Technology’s Encompass loan origination system, LiteSpeed eSign allows lenders to tag and send documents for signature directly from the Encompass eFolder. Loan teams can select documents, define signature, initial, and date fields, and issue requests without downloading files, creating third-party signing envelopes, or switching platforms.

Once completed, signed documents are automatically returned to the eFolder with a full audit trail, including timestamps, IP addresses, and a tamper-evident hash.

For borrowers, LiteSpeed eSign delivers a mobile-ready, tap-to-sign experience accessible through the LiteSpeed dashboard. Borrowers authenticate using two-factor verification via mobile or email, helping ensure security while improving completion rates.

Signed disclosures and documents are automatically stored in Encompass, reducing manual follow-ups and administrative friction.

The solution also supports outbound signature requests for third parties, such as gift donors, Realtors, and other non-borrowers. LiteSpeed automatically adds documents to the borrower portal and generates signing tasks, keeping all parties aligned within a single workflow.

“Borrowers shouldn’t have to leave the application, nor lenders leave the LOS, just to sign documents,” said Patrick O’Brien, CEO and co-founder of LenderLogix. “LiteSpeed eSign delivers eSignatures within the mortgage workflow to avoid disruptions. It’s a zero-detour experience that reduces friction for borrowers, simplifies the work for loan teams, and keeps the signature process connected to the Encompass eFolder from start to finish.”

LiteSpeed eSign is included at no additional cost for LiteSpeed users. LenderLogix offers product demonstrations and feature walkthroughs for lenders interested in adopting the new capability.
