LendSure Continues Expansion, Opens Office In Missouri

San Diego-Based, Non-QM Wholesale Lender Now Has Locations In 5 States

LendSure Mortgage Corp., a leading Non-QM wholesale lender, announced today it is now a licensed lender in Missouri. 

The expansion adds an office in a fifth state and enables LendSure to provide its unique suite of non-QM programs for mortgage brokers to offer to Missouri residents.

The Missouri office is located in Ellisville. In addition to its corporate headquarters in San Diego, Calif., LendSure has also established operations in Rhode Island, Georgia, and Utah, and new locations are planned in the coming months.

LendSure Mortgage Corp. was founded in 2015 to help mortgage professionals offer a wider range of programs to meet clients’ needs. LendSure is a wholesale lender offering a comprehensive range of non-QM loan programs for borrowers that don't fit conforming guidelines, including self-employed borrowers, business owners, property investors, and foreign national borrowers.
