Company to launch AI-powered ‘lead-to-sale’ guidance tool for LOs

Monster Lead Group (MLG), a Maryland-based, data-driven, direct mail marketing and lead generation company specializing in the mortgage industry, has brought on Richard Grieser as chief marketing officer.

He notes he has decades of experience in tech marketing and sales, including at both start-ups and large enterprises, and specializes in growing technology companies. Over the past 10 years, Grieser has served at fintech companies focused on banking and mortgage.

Most recently, he was vice president of marketing at Truv, a data connectivity platform that provides secure access to data such as payroll providers, financial institutions, and employment platforms. Grieser was also vice president of marketing at TrustEngine (formerly known as Sales Boomerang), a borrower intelligence platform for mortgage lenders.

Interestingly, Sales Boomerang was started by Monster Lead Group partners — so it’s like Grieser has come full circle, back to his roots. And he cited some talent at MLG as helping him make the move, as well as what the company does in particular.

“Why this role?” Grieser wrote in a post on LinkedIn. “MLG is helping homeowners when they need it most,” he contended.

“MLG identifies homeowners with real needs and helps lenders reach them with precision,” Grieser continued. “If you’re a consumer-direct lender and you’re not working with MLG, you’re leaving opportunity on the table.”

Joining MLG, Grieser said, is “an honor.” “These are the best and brightest minds in the business, and I’m excited for what we’re building together,” he wrote in the post, specifically calling out Ken Bartz, Brandon Glickstein, Martin Harris, Aaron Gerlings, Melanie Moser, and “the rest of this incredible team.”

More To Come For LOs

In addition, Grieser also said MLG is launching an AI-powered “lead-to-sale” platform for mortgage loan officers.

The new platform, he explained, will be designed to help LOs know “exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to guide borrowers through the process with confidence.”
