NAMB Expands Broker Toolkit With MortgageCoach Access To Boost Borrower Engagement
Partnership with trustEngine aims to help brokers strengthen client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
Mortgage brokers will gain expanded access to borrower-facing technology and actionable insights designed to improve origination performance and client engagement under a new partnership between the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and TrustEngine.
The collaboration extends tools across a nationwide network of mortgage professionals, giving NAMB members access to MortgageCoach, TrustEngine’s flagship platform, which is widely used by LOs and lenders to present loan options, illustrate financial impact and guide borrowers through mortgage decisions.
According to the organizations, the partnership is intended to equip brokers with technology and actionable insights to strengthen client relationships, improve the borrower experience, and support long-term business growth.
MortgageCoach enables brokers to present multiple loan scenarios in a clear, visual format designed to help borrowers better understand the financial implications of each option and differentiate their service in a competitive market. The platform is also intended to support more informed borrower decisions by improving transparency in the loan process.
In addition to borrower-facing presentations, TrustEngine said its platform incorporates data-driven insights and automation tools that help brokers identify opportunities within their existing client base, including potential refinance candidates and repeat buyers, and engage them with targeted outreach at the right time.
“This partnership represents a significant example of our commitment to equipping members with the tools and resources they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace,” said Kimber White, president of NAMB. “TrustEngine’s market authority aligns closely with our goal to support brokers through education, advocacy, and forward-thinking solutions.”
TrustEngine CEO Bob Jennings said the company’s platform is designed to improve how mortgage professionals communicate with borrowers.
“MortgageCoach was built to help loan officers have better conversations with borrowers — ones rooted in clarity, trust, and genuine financial guidance,” Jennings said. “Together with NAMB, we’re putting that capability in the hands of even more professionals who are committed to serving their clients.”
The organizations said the partnership combines NAMB’s broker network with TrustEngine’s technology platform to help mortgage professionals enhance borrower engagement, improve origination performance, and compete more effectively in the market.
