Michelle Amato - Ncontracts

Amato brings 20 years of financial services experience to Ncontracts. Previously, she served as vice president of sales for financial services at Workiva, a cloud-based platform that simplifies complex reporting. During her time at Workiva, she spearheaded the financial services vertical by building six teams of dedicated and driven sales professionals. Additionally, Amato has held other leadership positions within financial services, including Morgan Stanley.

“I’m excited to be joining such a diverse and dynamic company that focuses on driving compliance and risk solutions for financial institutions,” said Amato. “Ncontracts combines deep industry expertise with best-in-class software to help ensure financial institutions and fintechs stay ahead of the ever-changing regulations and the constantly evolving risks. It’s an industry I am incredibly passionate about and a team I am thrilled to work with.”

Michael Berman, founder and CEO of Ncontracts, said, “Regulatory compliance and risk management continue to be top of mind for financial institutions and fintechs, making it critical that we grow our executive team with the very best. Michelle brings proven experience in financial services coupled with a strong sales background that will help drive us forward and support the industry’s growing needs. I am pleased to welcome her to our team and look forward to seeing the positive impact she makes.”

Since 2019, Ncontracts has more than doubled its employee base. The company also continues to expand its executive team, adding several key individuals this year to help drive the company forward as the need for regtech solutions increases. Ncontracts’ knowledge as a service (KaaS) solutions help financial institutions and fintechs leverage superior cloud technology to make it easy to find and leverage industry-leading content developed and maintained by a team of seasoned regulatory risk and compliance experts.

Amato holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Dayton.
