Its 'Real Estate Solutions Center' is now available in nearly 1,500 locations

Offerpad  a tech-enabled platform for buying and selling residential real estate, has expanded into Columbus, Ohio, its fourth service territory in the Midwest.

The company’s 2021 expansion nearly doubles its footprint, as Offerpad now serves home sellers and buyers in nearly 1,600 cities and towns within its 21 markets in 15 states across the country. In the first nine months of this year, Offerpad has expanded into Denver; Nashville; Indianapolis; Kansas City; St. Louis, and Columbia, S.C.
