After closing his first loan, Dudek knew immediately he chose the right profession for him as he was able to utilize his business and financial acumen in addition to satisfying his passion for helping people, according to Revolution Mortgage.

“As a 15+ year mortgage industry veteran, I would say I got to where I am by being honest. I'm genuinely interested in what’s best for my clients and will always strive to provide them with the best possible solution,” said Dudek. “I know when a customer chooses me as their loan officer, they are trusting my guidance in likely the biggest financial commitment they will ever make and I do not take that lightly. Each client has a unique background which I use to find the product that aligns with their financial goals.”

One of Dudek's first goals is to strengthen the Revolution brand in Chicago. To expand the company's local footprint, he plans to organize events at his branch to connect with realtors and build his referral partner network, in addition to holding first-time homebuyer seminars, according to a press release.
