Two Seasoned Mortgage Pros Join National AE Team At Foundation Mortgage

Non-QM mortgage lender and third-party originator specializing in wholesale and non-delegated correspondent lending, Foundation Mortgage Corporation, has added two experienced mortgage professionals to its team of account executives: Shelly Seedorf and Tim Marsteiner. 

Each brings a unique blend of experience, product knowledge, and broker-centric service that Foundation Mortgage is hoping will further strengthen its “commitment to common-sense lending solutions and personalized support nationwide.”

Seedorf has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including a substantial background in Non-QM lending. She has held senior positions at ACC Mortgage, Carrington, and Impac, and Foundation Mortgage noted she “is recognized for her ability to guide brokers through even the most complex borrower scenarios.”

Marsteiner, a U.S. Air Force veteran, brings a solid record of performance at Non-QM lenders including NewPoint Mortgage, Acra Lending, and theLender. His expertise includes DSCR, bank statement, and ITIN programs, and he has earned a reputation “for helping brokers close challenging loans quickly and efficiently,” according to Foundation Mortgage.
