The launch of Income Calculator, Loan Lab, and Brand 360 provides the mortgage broker community with new resources to streamlining processes and expand marketing capabilities

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) has announced the launch of three mortgage broker tools — Income Calculator, Loan Lab, and an all-new Brand 360 in partnership with Canva — designed to simplify the loan process, speed up workflows, and amplify brokers’ marketing reach.

“Today’s launches are all about empowering our clients by bringing more certainty to their process, confidence and efficiency to their day, and more opportunity for growth,” said Mat Ishbia, president and chief executive officer of UWM. “We’re not just making the loan process faster and easier, we’re enabling brokers to grow and achieve new levels of success.”

UWM has partnered with Canva to offer mortgage brokers premium access to a marketing platform at no cost. UWM’s Brand 360 gives brokers the creative flexibility to build marketing content from scratch or easily customize expertly designed, pre-built templates and make them their own, using their brand colors and guidelines.

From social media campaigns to open house flyers with enhanced pricing scenarios to borrower education content, UWM’s upgrade makes it faster and simpler to market like a pro without needing a design team. Additionally, users will have access to more than 30 professionally designed social media posts each month, optimized for various platforms and current trends. Users can schedule these posts directly from Brand 360 to any of their social platforms, further helping LOs expand their market reach and enhance brand recognition.

UWM’s Loan Lab puts even more control in the hands of mortgage brokers, enabling them to experiment with loan adjustments and changes in a controlled environment. Loan Lab allows users to restructure loans efficiently and explore different scenarios prior to finalizing them on live loans. Through UWM’s Loan Lab, brokers can eliminate the need for back-and-forth communication with underwriters, ultimately speeding up the loan approval process and improving client satisfaction.

UWM’s new Income Calculator helps mortgage brokers streamline the loan approval process. One of the biggest reasons a broker submits a TBD scenario request is income related. UWM’s Income Calculator offers brokers the same control and results an underwriter would have, redefining how quickly and accurately they can qualify a borrower. Powered by advanced AI, Income Calculator extracts and analyzes income data with the same precision an underwriter would deliver, eliminating manual math, missed details, and second-guessing.

UWM recently announced that it is working with housing loyalty platform Bilt where UWM mortgage customers can earn Bilt Points with each on-time payment, while accessing exclusive benefits. Bilt, which started by letting renters earn points on rent payments without transaction fees, announced in July 2025 its expansion into the entire housing payment journey, including mortgage servicing and originations.
