‘Valuation Trailblazer’ Liz Green Hired As An SVP At ServiceLink

With big changes coming in valuation reporting, ‘longtime strategist and solutions architect’ to help guide company through them
ServiceLink, which provides digital valuation, title, closing, and other mortgage services, has brought on Elizabeth (Liz) Green as senior vice president of valuation solutions. Green will help drive the company’s valuations-related strategy, according to ServiceLink, and help lead the continued development of its valuation products.
The valuation industry is about to go through its first major update of output reporting in two decades, the company noted, with the transition to the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR, also known as Fannie Mae Form 1004) and Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6, a new set of standards for reporting appraisal data designed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to improve data quality and consistency.
Those changes begin implementation in September, and Green will help guide ServiceLink and its clients through them.
Matt Woodhouse, ServiceLink’s managing director of valuation, pointed to Green’s “deep industry knowledge and decades of on-the-ground experience,” which he said would be key “as the valuation industry continues to evolve.”
“Liz brings decades of experience in the valuation space and has helped guide many conversations in the field,” he said.
Collateral Risk Network, a group dedicated to advancing collateral risk management in the housing finance industry, selected Green as its “Valuation Visionary 2025,” recognizing “the person who demonstrates leadership, innovation, [and] professionalism and who strives to better the industry for their peers.”
Green is also chairman of the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization’s (MISMO) Property and Valuation Services Community of Practice, which develops standards for the mortgage industry. The Mortgage Bankers Association named Green an “MBA Tech All-Star” for her leadership in MISMO’s property information and valuation sectors.
