“Amy is the perfect addition to our team; her mortgage lending background, effective leadership, enthusiasm for her work, and knowledge of the greater Phoenix market will allow her to thrive in her new role,” said Susan Millspaugh, Waterstone Mortgage division executive – West.

Battin and her team members are Arizona natives who know the Phoenix real estate market well, according to Waterstone.

“The technology available here at Waterstone Mortgage is definitely making my life easier when it comes to providing service to my clients,” says Battin. “Having instant access to my clients’ loans – no matter where I physically am – is extremely important for me to provide quick and accurate answers and information.”

The new branch office is located at 18001 N 79th Ave #C-62, Glendale, Arizona 85308. Battin currently has a team of three employees and plans to hire for a variety of Phoenix-based positions – including loan originators.
