VirPack Names Cy Brinn President

VirPack has announced that Cy Brinn has been promoted to the role of president. Brinn was also appointed to VirPack’s board of directors. Brinn has worked with financial services technology for more than 30 years.

Over the course of his career, Brinn has served in executive and leadership roles at growth-oriented companies, including GHR Systems, Metavante, PCLender, LPS, Univest and FICS.

“Over the past couple of years, Cy has worked to enrich and expand the capabilities of VirPack’s Document Management and Delivery System in innovative ways that have increased the value we deliver to our customers,” said Michael J. Coar Jr., chairman and CEO of VirPack. “He’s been a great addition to our team and has accelerated the adoption of our products and services across the mortgage and banking industries.”

Since he joined VirPack as COO in 2013, Brinn has been focused on expanding VirPack’s Document Management and Delivery System functionality and services, with the goal to deliver increased value to VirPack’s customers. He has also focused on preparing the company for growth and building an experienced, capable core operational team and scalable processes that consistently deliver high-quality output.
