UWM Names Jason Bressler as Chief Technology Officer

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) has hired Jason Bressler as its chief technology officer. Bressler, a 19-year veteran of the financial services industry, most recently served as chief information officer at The Federal Savings Bank in Chicago. Prior to that, was the director of information technology at Guaranteed Rate for 15 years.

“Jason is a game-changer, a visionary and talented leader that excels in application development and enterprise implementation that will help us ‘wow’ our clients,” said Mat Ishbia, president and CEO of Troy, Mich.-based UWM. “Our technology is unrivaled in the industry, and Jason brings a fresh perspective and new methods that will take it to the next level and strengthen our position as the nation’s No.1 wholesale lender.”
