QuestSoft Honored as a Top Workplace

Dec 15, 2019
FORTUNE and Great Place to Work have honored New American Funding as a “Best Workplace in Financial Services & Insurance for 2020,” the fifth consecutive year New American has been recognized with the honor

QuestSoft Corporation has been awarded a “Top Workplace” honor by The Orange County Register, and will appear on the annual list for the sixth year. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party independent survey administered by research partner Energage LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”

Leonard Ryan, founder and president of QuestSoft, said: “QuestSoft’s inclusion in The Orange County Register’s Top Workplace award for a sixth year is an honor that we do not take lightly. We work tirelessly to positively impact responsible lending in the mortgage space as well as the Orange County area where our success also allows us to give back to local charities. Personally, I am grateful for the remarkable employees we have who contribute so much every day to help our customers achieve their goals.”
