Addressing broker needs by simplifying the underwriting process for Non-QM loans

A&D Mortgage has announced the launch of its automated underwriting system (AUS) for Non-QM loan products, aiming to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the loan origination process for brokers and lenders.

The introduction of this Non-QM AUS reportedly enhances A&D Mortgage's existing suite of technological solutions, which includes the AIM Partner Portal and Quick Pricer, reinforcing the company's position in the mortgage industry's technology sector.

According to Max Slyusarchuk, CEO of A&D Mortgage, the new system addresses specific broker needs by simplifying the underwriting process for Non-QM loans.

“Our new Non-QM Automated Underwriting System is a major step forward in simplifying the complexities of Non-QM lending,” said Slyusarchuk. “We’ve designed this system to meet the real needs of brokers, providing them with a faster, more reliable way to process loans while maintaining the flexibility that Non-QM loans require. This innovation allows brokers to serve their clients more effectively, helping them close deals with greater efficiency in today’s competitive market.”

Integrated within the AIM Partner Portal, the Non-QM AUS supports various Non-QM loan types, including bank statement programs and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loans. The system leverages data-driven technology to instantly assess loan eligibility and risk, minimizing manual processes and reducing potential errors.

Key features of A&D Mortgage’s Non-QM Automated Underwriting System include:

  • Instant Approval Eligibility: Immediate loan eligibility decisions, accelerating the approval process.
  • Automated Condition Generation: Automatically generates tailored loan conditions, streamlining borrower approvals.
  • Consistent Decision-Making: Utilizes AI technology to ensure uniformity and accuracy in loan evaluations.
  • User-Friendly Interface: Designed for ease of use, accommodating both newcomers and experienced users familiar with conventional AUS platforms like those from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
  • Advanced Technology: Brings automated decision-making capabilities to Non-QM lending, providing competitive advantages for brokers using A&D Mortgage's platform.

“This launch is just the beginning," added Slyusarchuk. “We have a multi-year roadmap for the development of this service, which will allow us to create an even more fantastic product. But even now, it will save a lot of time and effort for our partners.”
