Guaranteed Rate Affinity welcomes back Chicago mortgage veteran Aaron Wise, leveraging his two decades of client-driven lending experience to strengthen service delivery and market presence through The Wise Team

Guaranteed Rate Affinity, a prominent mortgage lender and joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and Anywhere Integrated Services, has announced that Aaron Wise has rejoined the organization, now operating under the banner The Wise Team. Wise’s return is positioned as a strategic move to bolster the company’s service capabilities and reinforce its foothold in the competitive Chicago mortgage market.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Wise brings a deep track record of client service and relationship management. His career in mortgage lending dates to 2001, with a personal brand built on long‑term referral business and reputation for responsiveness and operational excellence. During his tenure at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, he has consistently been recognized for his contributions, including repeated membership in the company’s President’s Club since 2020.

"As a trusted source in the industry, returning to Guaranteed Rate Affinity allows me to double down on service and be there for my clients and give them the best mortgage experience possible," said Wise. "I'm proud to be a fast, reliable lender, someone my clients can trust and know will always pick up the phone."

In re‑joining the firm, Wise highlighted the strength of Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s operational support model, particularly its POD (process‑oriented delivery) structure. Under this model, dedicated processing and support teams handle back‑end workflows, enabling loan officers to concentrate on client relationships and service delivery. Wise cited this infrastructure as a key factor in his decision to return, emphasizing its alignment with his focus on reliability and rapid, high‑quality service for homebuyers and real estate partners.

Regional leadership at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, including Scott Brady, regional president of the central region, praised Wise’s reputation in the market, noting that his consistency, responsiveness, and commitment to clients reflect the company’s broader service priorities. Industry observers see this re‑engagement as part of Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s ongoing effort to deepen talent engagement and maintain competitive differentiation through experienced originators.

"Aaron's reputation in the Chicago market speaks for itself," said Brady. "His consistency, responsiveness, and commitment to both clients and real estate partners make him exactly the kind of leader we are proud to have at Guaranteed Rate Affinity. His return strengthens our team and reinforces our focus on exceptional service."

Guaranteed Rate Affinity, which has funded more than $100 billion in mortgage loans, continues to operate across national real estate channels through its partnership with Anywhere‑owned brands, providing mortgage services to brokerages, relocation networks, and direct consumers.
