HomeXpress Launches On ARIVE

New offering brings Non-QM and investor pricing into broker workflows

ARIVE and HomeXpress Mortgage Corp. announced HomeXpress’ official launch on the ARIVE platform, expanding broker access to HomeXpress Non-QM and investor-focused financing through ARIVE’s LOS and lender marketplace.

Through the integration, approved brokers can evaluate HomeXpress products and pricing directly within ARIVE without leaving the system they already use to run their business. For brokers building repeatable Non-QM volume, that in-workflow visibility can help reduce friction and make execution more predictable, especially in deals where pricing and product fit are part of the upfront structure.

Why Both Companies Say The Integration Matters

The companies said the decision to integrate was driven by overlap between their broker communities. According to an analysis of HomeXpress’ active broker base, approximately one-third of its existing clients already operate on the ARIVE platform.

“Brokers want efficiency and optionality, and they want to work with lenders inside the systems they trust,” said Kyle Walker, CEO and president of HomeXpress. “Launching on ARIVE allows us to integrate directly into the platforms brokers rely on every day, expanding access to the Non-QM and investor loan solutions HomeXpress is known for.”

From ARIVE’s perspective, adding HomeXpress strengthens its Non-QM and investor lending ecosystem.

“HomeXpress is a strong fit for the ARIVE platform and for the brokers who rely on us every day,” said Harish Tejwani, CEO of ARIVE. “They bring depth, speed, and hands-on expertise in Non-QM and investor lending. This launch gives brokers more choice and reinforces our commitment to partnering with lenders who prioritize broker success.”

Programs Available Through ARIVE, Plus What’s Next

HomeXpress is integrating its product evaluation and pricing into ARIVE for brokers, with plans for a centralized platform to support submissions and workflows. Their diverse product lineup includes Non-QM loans (CoreX for alternative income/credit challenges, PrimeX for near-agency borrowers needing higher amounts), InvestorX (DSCR loans for real estate investors, including short-term rentals), and Agency products (conventional, FHA, and VA). HomeXpress also offers brokers support via an account executive team for complex scenarios and Non-QM guideline navigation.
