
Movement Adds Aimee Dodson As Chief Engagement Officer

Dodson will oversee “sales onboarding and training, affiliate relationships, and culture-related programming”
Movement Mortgage has promoted Aimee Dodson as the company's inaugural Chief Engagement Officer, the company announced in a press release.
Dodson is an insider who has worked at Movement Mortgage since 2008, holding various roles in finance, human resources, community outreach, and project management. She also launched the Thrive Program, a company initiative that encourages employees to reduce personal consumer debt.
Casey Crawford, CEO of Movement Mortgage, said, “Aimee has had an amazing impact not only on my life, but on that of so many of her Movement teammates.”

As Chief Engagement Officer, Dodson will focus on improving the employee experience across various channels, including coaching, recruiting, technology, and marketing.
