Newfi Announces Expansion Of Correspondent Channel

The correspondent lender made seven key hires for the channel to support its growth.

Newfi announced yesterday the expansion of its correspondent business with seven new hires, who will join their team in providing
Non-QM and second lien support to its clients nationwide.

Todd Lautzenheiser joins the team as SVP, Correspondent Sales, bringing a track record of over 30 years in the industry. Lautzenheiser will lead several professionals who have also joined Newfi Correspondent as VP, Correspondent Account Executives, including Alex Clark, Joe Matteo, Michael Milich, Bill Parnell, Marty Yocum and Zeenat Zonte.

"We are all-in on the correspondent channel and non-agency space,” Steve Abreu, CEO and founder of Newfi said. “I am excited to welcome this new team and look forward to the continued growth and innovation of Newfi in 2024 and beyond.”
