NFM Lending has appointed veteran mortgage professional Stephanie Erney as branch manager to drive local growth, expand referral partnerships, and serve homebuyers across the mid-Atlantic region

NFM Lending has appointed Stephanie Erney as branch manager, reinforcing the company’s commitment to serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Erney will spearhead local growth initiatives, expand referral partnerships, and provide comprehensive home-financing services across the region.

Erney will focus on building a local team, strengthening relationships with real estate agents and builders, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the mortgage process from application to closing. She brings extensive experience in mortgage lending and branch leadership to NFM, having helped clients navigate both purchase and refinance transactions across various loan programs.

“I chose NFM Lending because the company is big enough to have all the products and programs I need but small enough to feel like a true family,” said Erney. “The people are very helpful, and everyone’s main goal is to get the customers into their dream homes as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

As branch manager, Erney will serve homebuyers and homeowners by offering a full range of mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and specialty programs tailored to individual borrower needs and qualifications.

Rick Roque, corporate vice president of growth at NFM, welcomed Erney's addition to the team, highlighting her seasoned background as a mortgage professional and her proven track record in successfully leading and managing growth.

"I am excited to have Stephanie’s sales leadership,” added Roque. “She is a seasoned mortgage professional and has had a long career in the industry successfully leading and managing growth. She is a welcomed member of the team and will continue to grow in her local markets.”

Founded in Baltimore in 1998, NFM Lending operates as a national mortgage lender licensed in 49 states and the District of Columbia. The company's family of brands includes Main Street Home Loans, Bluprint Home Loans, Element Home Loans, Homespire Home Loans, and Creator Collective.
