Former U.S. Bank loan officer brings more than 13 years of lending experience to expand Rate's presence in Colorado
Rate has added veteran mortgage originator Ryan Randle to its Denver team, the company announced Tuesday.
Randle joins the fintech lender after more than 13 years with U.S. Bank, where he built his business originating conventional, jumbo, and non-QM loans. According to Rate, he has been recognized as one of the nation's top 1% of mortgage originators.
His hiring strengthens Rate's presence in the Denver market as the company continues recruiting experienced loan officers in key growth regions.
"I wasn't looking to make a change simply for the sake of making one," Randle said in a statement. "I wanted to be in an environment that would challenge me to become an even better originator."
Todd Heaton, Rate's executive vice president and Western U.S. divisional manager, said Randle's experience and reputation made him a strong addition to the company.
"Ryan has built an outstanding reputation over more than a decade by consistently delivering for his clients and referral partners," Heaton said. "We're thrilled to welcome Ryan to the team and excited to see what he'll accomplish."
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Chicago, Rate has continued to expand its retail mortgage platform by recruiting experienced producers across major markets. The company said Randle was drawn to its collaborative culture and resources designed to help high-performing originators grow their businesses.
