Greenberg joins the company to drive technology adoption and elevate customer experience

Ternus, a real estate investment lending company founded in 2023 by Tim Herriage, has named Robert Greenberg its new executive vice president of strategy.

Herriage described Greenberg as “one of the most accomplished executives in the real estate investment lending space,” highlighting his “expertise in scaling platforms with cutting-edge technology” and his “customer-centric approach.”

In his new role, Greenberg will focus on developing scalable growth strategies, expanding loan origination channels, and enhancing the customer experience, skills he honed in previous roles at Lima One Capital, Patch Lending, and B2R Finance, where he helped originate over $1.8 billion in loans and contributed to industry-first advancements like multi-borrower single-family rental securitizations.

Ternus provides flexible options such as 100% financing for fix-and-flip projects and long-term rental loans to meet a wide range of investor needs. Greenberg holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and is based in Dallas.
