Firm hires local mortgage lender to manage first branch location in state.
Ross Mortgage Corporation, a full-service residential mortgage lender headquartered in Troy, Mich., announced the firm is expanding into Tennessee with local mortgage leading expert, Alex Jimenez (AJ), managing the company’s new Nashville branch, with an additional license to lend in Alabama.

“I’ve always admired AJ’s industry prowess and professionalism from afar. When we got the chance to bring him on board to open a new Ross Mortgage branch, I did not hesitate,” said Tim Ross, CEO of Ross Mortgage Corp. “AJ is an industry veteran who will successfully lead our new Nashville office by providing excellent service and helping clients efficiently and effectively realize their home buying goals.”
The Nashville branch is Ross Mortgage’s first in Tennessee. With over 17 years of mortgage lending experience, Jimenez will provide a full range of mortgage products to accommodate different homebuyer’s needs, the company said.
“I am eager to bring Ross Mortgage to Tennessee and introduce borrowers and Realtors to a solution-based partner,” said Jimenez. “I look forward to leveraging my VA loan expertise specifically to provide veterans and active-duty service members with a first-class lending experience.”
Jimenez will be responsible for originating loans, branch operations, and coordinating community outreach efforts to build relationships with local residents and real estate professionals, the company said. He will also serve as a leader by coaching other loan officers throughout Ross Mortgage, and by serving the veteran community through the company’s affiliated Veteran Lending Council program.

In addition to lending in Tennessee, Jimenez is a registered lender in Alabama, further expanding the Ross Mortgage brand down south. Ross Mortgage is licensed to lend in 17 U.S. states through a network of offices in Michigan, Florida, Kentucky, Virginia, and Tennessee.
