Supreme Lending announces the addition of Sarah Middleton as its Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, a move that is expected to expand Supreme’s national footprint, elite teams, and help tell the story of why Supreme is the mortgage industry’s “best-kept secret,” according to Middleton.

“What makes Supreme different is the people. Humble, wildly talented, and genuinely others-focused,” says Middleton. “This isn’t just a mortgage company—it’s a place that feels like home. It’s the best-kept secret in the industry, and I can’t wait to help more people experience what makes it so special. The secret is out!”

With over 36 years of experience in mortgage leadership, growth strategy, and sales development, Middleton is widely regarded as one of the industry’s most accomplished and respected executives. She brings a proven track record of recruiting, scaling teams, launching brands, and supporting loan officers and branch managers through powerful marketing and coaching platforms.

Sarah brings the kind of energy, vision, and heart that doesn’t come around often. She’s a doer, a builder, and most importantly—she leads by enriching the lives of everyone around her,” says Scott Everett, CEO of Supreme Lending. “Supreme has always been a company that prides itself in keeping a low profile and just doing ‘what’s right.’ We’ve been the best-kept secret in the mortgage space — and with Sarah here, we’re about to tell that story a whole lot louder. As always, we will continue to do what’s right and in the best interest of all our employees, but it’s time we let the mortgage world know about Supreme.”

Prior to joining Supreme Lending, Middleton served as chief growth officer of Movement Mortgage, where she led national initiatives across sales growth, the reverse mortgage division, coaching, onboarding and training, the diversity and VA initiative, recruiting, and product
expansion. She previously held the role of president of sales at Fairway Independent Mortgage, and served as founder and CEO of Fairway Ignite, the company’s internal coaching platform.

In her new role, Middleton will lead Supreme Lending’s growth strategy, national recruiting efforts, marketing direction, and brand elevation across all platforms. Her focus is on building high-performing teams, driving visibility, and creating the resources and tools that empower Supreme’s loan officers to thrive.

Her appointment comes as Supreme Lending accelerates its bold expansion into new markets—investing in top-tier talent, world-class marketing, and fostering its culture that’s been built over the last two decades.

Earlier in her career, Middleton held a regional leadership role at Guild Mortgage, where she grew production from $0 to over $2 billion in annual volume. As an originator, Middleton set records in Colorado, closing over $2 billion in volume in personal production and 11,700 units.
