Scott Throneberry Named EVP Of Guaranteed Rate Affinity

Throneberry will oversee regional presidents and focus on recruiting top-performing loan officers

Guaranteed Rate Affinity, LLC, mortgage lender and partner of Coldwell Banker, has appointed Scott Throneberry as Executive Vice President. Throneberry brings over 29 years of mortgage industry experience and has been with the company since its founding in 2017.

In his new role, Throneberry will oversee regional presidents and focus on recruiting top-performing loan officers while supporting existing talent through the company's culture, technology, and marketing initiatives.

"I'm excited to step into this new role as EVP to help shape the future of Guaranteed Rate Affinity," said Throneberry. "We're committed to building a team of loan officers who align with our core values and are passionate about delivering the best service to our clients and partners."

He also plans to strengthen collaboration between Guaranteed Rate Affinity loan officers and Coldwell Banker agents through joint initiatives.

"As we continue to grow," Throneberry added, "we're looking forward to bringing on top-tier talent who share our dedication to excellence and are eager to contribute to our success."

Dave Dickey, President of Guaranteed Rate Affinity, also chimed in on the recent hire.
