Brian Keranen and Eli Fairfield to help strengthen Supreme's market presence, support LOs in the Pacific Southwest

Supreme Lending has announced the addition of Brian Keranen and Eli Fairfield as regional directors for the Pacific Southwest in a move to strengthen the company's presence in a competitive housing market. Together, the two mortgage industry veterans bring more than four decades of experience in lending, leadership, and market expansion.

Scott Everett, president and CEO of Supreme Lending, emphasized the significance of Keranen's and Fairfield's strength in leadership, noting he's "fired up" to have the two new hires with the company.

“At Supreme, leadership isn’t just about hitting numbers — it’s about backing your people, building something real, and making sure loan officers have everything they need to win. Brian and Eli are exactly the kind of leaders who get that, and I couldn’t be more fired up to have them driving our growth and helping to redefine what’s possible for this company,” Everett said.

Keranen has more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, with a career focused on mentorship, business development, and market expansion. Recognized among the top 1% mortgage loan originators in the country, he has held leadership positions at major lenders, specializing in team building and strategic growth.

In addition, as a Marine Corps veteran, Keranen attributes his leadership style to the discipline and resilience gained through military service.

“Supreme Lending is all about creating an environment where loan officers can thrive — where they’re supported, challenged, and given every opportunity to succeed," Keranen said. "I’m excited to help build that culture in our local community and take our team to new heights."

Fairfield also brings more than two decades of industry experience, most recently serving as senior vice president at a leading independent mortgage lender. Known for his ability to scale teams and drive production, he has built a reputation for developing high-performance teams and fostering a culture of mentorship and relationship-building.

Fairfield explained that the way Supreme Lending treats its people is part of what led him to say "yes" to this new opportunity.

“What drew me to Supreme Lending was the energy, the leadership, and the commitment to excellence. It’s a company that values its people, and that’s exactly the kind of environment I want to be part of. I can’t wait to get started,” Fairfield said.

With Keranen and Fairfield in leadership roles, Supreme Lending said it's looking to enhance its market presence and support loan officers in the region.
