Tom Griffith Joins Guaranteed Rate Affinity As Regional Manager For Pacific Northwest

Tom Griffith, a seasoned mortgage executive with nearly three decades of industry experience, has joined Guaranteed Rate Affinity as Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest.

Griffith most recently served as co-founder and President of Borrow Smart Mortgage, where he spent the last six years building a reputation for agent-centric service and operational excellence. His decision to join Guaranteed Rate Affinity marks a return to leadership at scale — this time with the backing of one of the industry's most tech-forward platforms and a powerful partner in Coldwell Banker Realty.
