Simplifile Adds Toni Carroll as National Settlement Account Manager

Simplifile has announced the addition of title and settlement industry veteran Toni Carroll as national settlement account manager, where she will maintain and improve Simplifile’s settlement

software vendor relationships, while supporting the sales effort to deliver Settlement Collaboration to the real estate industry.

“Toni Carroll’s more than 30 years of title and settlement expertise and her passion for improving settlement processes via technology make her ideally suited to drive the growth of Simplifile’s Collaboration solution in the title and settlement market,” said Simplifile President Paul Clifford. “She is a tremendous asset to our organization, and we are eager to see her bring her industry experience to bear.”

Prior to joining Simplifile, Carroll was business development manager for First American Professional Real Estate Services, where she assisted the sales team in increasing its new customer base and provided subject matter expertise to the sales and development teams. Her other recent positions include state agency manager for the southeast and mid-Atlantic divisions of North American Title Insurance Company and vice president of sales for TSS Software Corporation, which was acquired by First American Title Insurance Company in 2013.

“Having conducted more than 3,000 closings in my title industry career, I am intimately familiar with the challenges title and settlement professionals face in collaborating with their lender partners,” Carroll said. “Simplifile has a long-standing reputation of delivering efficient, cost-saving solutions to the settlement industry, and I am eager to continue that tradition with the advancement of the Settlement Collaboration solution.”
