Firm Solutions Merges With assure360

Carrollton, Texas-based a360inc, a legal and financial services technology and outsourcing company, has announced theconsolidation of assure360 with Tampa-based Firm Solutions LLC, a business process consulting and outsourcing solutions provider. The newly formed entity will be called Firm Solutions and will offer technology and outsourcing solutions for law firms and mortgage servicers.
 
The newly formed entity also announced plans to introduce what it called “a new, unrivaled technology-enabled compliance solution for law firms and servicers” that addressed compliance, vendor management and auditing issues. This platform is scheduled to be unveiled in the fall.
