The company is pitching enterprise-style AI that individual originators and smaller mortgage businesses can deploy without engineers

AngelAi and Sun West Mortgage Company have officially launched Angel Agents through the release of Sena, moving the company’s personal AI-agent technology from demonstrations and early adoption into general availability.

Originators have already seen systems that can research prospects, create marketing content, and organize follow-up. AngelAi’s larger proposition is that an individual originator or smaller mortgage business can deploy a personalized agent without building its own AI infrastructure or employing an in-house engineering team.

The companies said an Angel Agent can be deployed in approximately 60 seconds without hardware installation, previous software experience, or intervention from an employer’s IT department.

“With our new Angel Agents architecture, we have shattered that barrier,” said Pavan Agarwal, CEO of Sun West Mortgage Company and creator of AngelAi, referring to the cost and operational complexity of providing individualized AI to large numbers of users.

AI Without Enterprise Infrastructure

Angel Agents operate through a multi-tenant architecture built on the OpenClaw platform. The model is designed to allow thousands of users to share the underlying system while keeping each user’s information private, according to the companies.

That deployment model could be particularly relevant to independent originators and smaller brokerages, which may want access to AI-driven automation but lack the technology staff and budgets available to large lenders.

Sena agents can research real estate markets and prospective referral partners, monitor industry developments, prepare users for client conversations, develop business and outreach plans, produce marketing material, and track goals and follow-up tasks.

The system is also designed to manage priorities and reminders, create daily action plans, and help users identify local events, businesses, vendors, and potential business opportunities.

Mortgage Decisions And Human Review

In mortgage workflows, AngelAi said Sena can evaluate investor rules, borrower circumstances, lending guidelines, and lender overlays.

The company said the system uses an “uncertainty-aware” decision framework that evaluates its confidence in a determination. When the agent cannot reach a sufficiently certain answer, it is designed to avoid issuing a speculative response and bring a human consultant into the process.

AngelAi said its Transactional Language Model, developed by Celligence, creates reproducible, traceable, and deterministic decision paths intended to support lending audits.

“The future of Ai is about having one trusted intelligence that understands your world, learns your needs, and helps you make better decisions every day,” Agarwal said.

The value of the system will therefore depend not only on how quickly it responds, but also on how reliably it identifies uncertainty and escalates cases requiring human judgment.

From Demonstration To Official Launch

The launch follows an August NMP OriginatorTech Deep Dive in which AngelAi demonstrated how users could create, train, and assign work to personal agents.

During the presentation, agents were used to research prospective referral partners, maintain notes, calculate loan scenarios, manage communications, and build websites. Users could also set restrictions, including requiring approval before an agent took an action.

Charles La Flair, president of All In Lending and an early Angel Agents user, said the technology helped him execute business plans more quickly.

“The level of efficiency in my business surged almost immediately,” La Flair said. “Once you know what you want to do, you simply work with your Angel Agent to achieve it in way shorter timelines, leading to faster execution.”

La Flair told NMP during the webinar that he had used an Angel Agent for approximately four months across processing, loan originator assistance, licensing, coaching, finance, and lead generation.

AngelAi has also been deployed more deeply within mortgage-company operations. In January, LoanWorks integrated AngelAi into its sales, fulfillment, communications, and compliance workflows.

Access Through Angel Points

Sena is available now, according to AngelAi. The company said managed deployments can go live within minutes and require no in-house engineering staff or long-term contracts.

Access is offered through Angel Points rather than a conventional cash subscription. Users can earn points through activity on the platform, and AngelAi said the agents will not cost anything for most customers.
