TPO channel teams to be responsible for growth in company’s Non-QM production

In an effort to help brokers and sellers grow and expand their Non-QM business, the third party origination (TPO) channel of privately held nonbank lender, Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, has added two national sales teams. Carrington offers loans and services direct to consumers, investors, mortgage brokers, and mortgage bankers across the U.S.

The first new TPO team, led by David Kirchen, includes five account executives located across the country. They are Dee Furlan, Greg Longaker, Mark Wilson, Martin Reinholz and Mary Ramsey.

The second team, led by Shawn Janda, is based in Chandler, Ariz. This team of seven consists of Kelly Bischoff, Matt Heath, Diyay Jafari, Jamie Rogers, Phillip Solano, Rue Stutzman, and Alicia Wilson.

The new Carrington AEs all have “extensive” experience working for legacy non-QM lenders, according to the company. “Many in this new group have been in the mortgage business for over 15 years working in different facets of origination,” Carrington noted in a release, “including as retail loan officers. They are all responsible for growth in the wholesale and correspondent channels.”

“We have been able to add a tremendous amount of talent to our sales force during the past month with the addition of these two teams,” stated Jeff Massotti, Carrington’s vice president of national sales, TPO

“They will help fulfill our goal of growing our non-QM production and providing excellent service to the broker and seller communities,” he added.
