Guaranteed Rate Affinity has promoted Kevin Ginsburg to national builder divisional manager, tasking him with leading nationwide builder strategy and expanding the firm’s footprint in new-construction lending

Guaranteed Rate Affinity has appointed Kevin Ginsburg as national builder divisional manager, a promotion designed to sharpen the company’s focus on builder partnerships and expand its presence in the new-construction financing sector. Ginsburg’s new role reflects Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s commitment to capturing growth opportunities in the builder channel and enhancing support for loan officers nationwide.

Ginsburg, a long-standing member of Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s leadership team since the company’s inception, had been serving as regional president prior to this promotion.

In his new role, he will lead the nationwide builder strategy, identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with homebuilders across markets. The position underscores the importance of the builder segment to the firm’s overall growth ambitions.

"The builder market represents a significant opportunity for growth, and this role allows us to be more intentional about how we pursue it," said Ginsburg. "By focusing on this area of the business, we can better support our loan officers and build stronger relationships with builders across the country."

With deep expertise in builder-focused lending, Ginsburg brings significant industry experience to the role, including previous work with one of the nation’s largest homebuilding firms. His career encompasses opening branches, recruiting and developing loan officers, and building scalable teams to support strong builder relationships both locally and nationally.

Frank Ciardelli, EVP of sales performance and development at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, praised Ginsburg’s leadership and experience.

"Kevin has played a key role in Guaranteed Rate Affinity's growth from the very beginning," Ciardelli said. "His experience in builder lending and his ability to scale teams make him the right leader to help expand this channel nationally and drive long-term growth for the organization."

Guaranteed Rate Affinity recently welcomed back Aaron Wise, operating under the banner The Wise Team. Wise’s return is positioned as a strategic move to bolster the company’s service capabilities and reinforce its foothold in the competitive Chicago mortgage market.

Guaranteed Rate Affinity has funded over $100 billion in loans since its launch and continues to build out leadership capacity to compete more effectively across mortgage and real-estate markets.
