AnnieMac Home Mortgage has appointed Jeff Hutchinson as Senior Vice President of Retail Production, while also announcing the formal launch of Momentum Group, a national retail division co-founded by Hutchinson alongside Ian Aubourg and Rick Dionne.
Hutchinson brings more than two decades of experience to the role, with a background that includes founding Hutchinson Mortgage Recruiting (HMR), one of the East Coast’s top recruiting firms. Through HMR, he helped drive billions in production via talent placement and M&A advisory. While HMR will remain active, Hutchinson will now focus on AnnieMac and Momentum Group’s expansion.

Momentum Group, quietly launched in 2024, now includes nearly 100 team members and is on track to exceed $600 million in volume in 2025.
