LON, Lender Price Connect Pricing Directly Into TPO Workflow
Integration puts Lender Price inside LON's broker-facing portal and carries pricing data into MeridianLink Mortgage
Loan Originator Networks (LON) and Lender Price have connected their technology to give wholesale and correspondent originators access to real-time product eligibility and pricing without leaving LON's TPO portal.
The integration embeds Lender Price's product, pricing, and eligibility engine inside LON's broker-facing platform, with loan and pricing data flowing into MeridianLink Mortgage, which serves as the lender's loan origination system.
The companies said the setup is already running in production for a mutual lending client, which they did not identify.
Under the integrated workflow, an originator can price and qualify a loan within the LON portal without opening a separate Lender Price session or re-entering the same information when the loan moves into the LOS. The companies said pricing and margin logic can remain consistent from the initial quote through the lock process.
One Workflow, Multiple Systems
LON already supports connections to multiple pricing engines, while Lender Price offers APIs designed to bring its pricing, product information, and rate-lock capabilities into third-party applications.
For wholesale lenders, that creates another option for keeping the broker-facing experience in one place while using specialized technology behind it. For originators, the underlying systems matter less if pricing, eligibility, submission, and subsequent loan data remain connected.
The launch also comes just days after Lender Price expanded the use of AI inside its pricing operation.
The company introduced AI agents last week designed to handle repeatable work involved in processing investor changes to rates, loan-level price adjustments, and eligibility rules, subject to human review.
Lender Price has also been expanding what originators can access from within the pricing environment. In September, Radian integrated mortgage insurance quotes into the platform, allowing users to incorporate MI pricing while evaluating loan scenarios.
The new LON integration extends that push in the other direction: instead of bringing another service into Lender Price, it puts Lender Price's pricing capabilities inside the TPO portal where a broker is already working.
