MeridianLink has integrated Optimal Blue’s real-time pricing and eligibility technology into its mortgage platform to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance automation for lenders

MeridianLink, a provider of digital lending and account opening technology for financial institutions, has announced it is integrating Optimal Blue’s capital markets platform into its MeridianLink Mortgage solution.

The collaboration will enable lenders using MeridianLink to access Optimal Blue’s real-time product, pricing, and eligibility (PPE) data directly within the MeridianLink workflow, supporting faster, more accurate mortgage pricing and reducing manual processes.

The integration is designed to streamline loan origination by delivering up-to-date pricing across thousands of mortgage products and over 150 investor channels, helping lenders improve compliance, minimize data entry errors, and offer more competitive options to borrowers.

JP Kelly, SVP of MeridianLink Mortgage, stated the partnership underscores the company’s focus on innovative technology that enhances lenders’ operational efficiency in a competitive market.
