Lindsi Flynn to help advance lender’s brand recognition, grow market presence

US Mortgage Corporation has hired seasoned marketing executive Lindsi Flynn as its new chief marketing officer. Flynn’s got deep expertise in the mortgage industry, the company said, and “brings a track record of driving brand growth, digital innovation, and industry-leading marketing strategies.”

Flynn joins US Mortgage after holding positions including marketing director at Assurance Financial, a mortgage lender and refinance company based in Baton Rouge, La. US Mortgage noted it has a mission of simplifying the home loan process and that it prides itself on its personal touch: “More than just a lender, we’re a family.”

“I’m thrilled to announce that I’m joining US Mortgage Corporation as their Chief Marketing Officer!” Flynn said emphatically in a post on LinkedIn.

National Mortgage Professional heard from Flynn on why she made the switch to the new position, and what she hopes to accomplish. “I joined US Mortgage to play a pivotal role in its rapid growth, helping the company evolve as a leader in the industry,” she told NMP. “US Mortgage offers a unique culture of innovation and support, and my goal is to empower loan officers with the tools, marketing strategies, and technology they need to stand out and grow their business.”

“I also see tremendous potential to amplify the brand’s reach,” she added. “Ultimately, this transition is about making a dynamic impact — both for the company and the professionals who drive it forward.” Flynn pledged to help build “a dynamic, forward-thinking brand that inspires both our customers and future team members to be part of something truly exceptional.”

Her appointment marks a new chapter for US Mortgage, the company noted, as it seeks to expand its market presence and advance its position in the mortgage industry.

“Flynn is a marketing leader with a passion for helping loan officers win,” US Mortgage’s release on the new hire reads. “Her experience includes spearheading award-winning initiatives and helping loan officers maximize marketing technology to enhance customer engagement and sales growth.”

Flynn is also known for leadership in strategic marketing initiatives that drive business expansion and an ability to integrate marketing tools with industry best practices, US Mortgage stated. And, she’s had some diverse exposure: in addition to mortgage expertise, she has prior marketing experience across other industries, including entertainment and beauty/ botanicals.
