Planet Home Lending Hires Candice McNaught As SVP

Mortgage lender, servicer, and asset manager Planet Home Lending has named Candice McNaught senior vice president of business development and strategic initiatives for its distributed retail channel. 

McNaught brings roughly 16 years of industry experience to the mortgage lender, formerly serving as branch operations manager and senior vice president of national sales at Supreme Lending, as well as branch operations manager at NFM Lending. 

In her previous role at Supreme, Planet noted that McNaught oversaw 200 branch locations and a national network of more than 700 loan officers, leading recruiting initiatives “that grew branch footprints and enhanced profitability.” 

“What drew me to Planet is their commitment to loan officers and branch managers who need the tools and resources to succeed,” McNaught said in a post on LinkedIn. “Looking forward to the journey ahead and the opportunity to help drive growth, support teams, and empower loan officers to reach new heights.” 

McNaught's experience also includes financial performance management, CRM technology integration, and customer experience strategy, according to Planet.
