Junge Explains How Developing Client Relationships Drives Her Success And More
On Wednesday, May 19, the Mortgage Leadership Outlook featured mortgage loan officer and mega-producer, Felisha Junge, GreenState Credit Union. Junge and Andrew Berman chatted about how she got into the business, the point in her career when her profession went from a job to her calling, what about her system allows her to crank out so many loans with only one assistant and still be at home for family time at 5 PM and more.
Junge says her goal is to make the process easy to understand and smooth from pre-qualifying to closing. She has been in the mortgage lending industry for more than 10 years. She grew up in Fort Dodge and went to Iowa City for college.
During her interview, Junge revealed that she is always in contact with sales teams. She said she does feel like she would be doing herself a service if she wasn't making sales calls and setting up meetings. Part of her success is constantly getting in front of agents, finding out more about their business and learning how she can help them.
"For me, it's like okay how can I make your life better, how can I make your life easier. Digging deeper is such a crucial part of actually being somebody who is really good at their job," said Junge.
