A&D Mortgage Premiers CRM For Brokers
New tool for broker-partners aimed at pipeline management, automated communications
One of the U.S.'s top Non-QM lenders has launched a customer relationship management (CRM) tool hailed to “revolutionize the mortgage broker industry.” Mortgage brokers, of course, will be the judge of that.
LEADer was launched by A&D Mortgage for use by its approved partners, designed to help mortgage professionals manage client relationships and streamline operations to grow their pipelines, company officials said in the announcement.
"At A&D Mortgage, we understand the challenges that mortgage brokers face in their day-to-day operations," Founder and CEO Max Slyusarchuk said. "LEADer is a testament to our commitment to supporting the success of mortgage professionals. We believe this tool will significantly enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and ultimately, broker success."
A&D Mortgage recently relocated to Fort Lauderdale as part of an expansion to meet the needs of its 6,000-plus broker-partners. The company is positioning itself for a big 2025, expanding warehouse lines and access to investor capital. A&D has originated more than $10 billion since 2020 and services a loan portfolio exceeding $8 billion.
With the launch of the new CRM tool, A&D Mortgage aims to empower mortgage brokers to reach new levels of efficiency and success in their business endeavors.
Some of the key features of LEADer include a centralized database for loan details by client, automated communications, single sign-on (SSO) functionality, and lead generation. Partners can access LEADer through the AIM Partner Portal.
