Kevin Dilday Returns To Guaranteed Rate Affinity

Takes on role as area sales manager for the Mid-Atlantic region; says company's culture, tech 'cannot be replicated'

Guaranteed Rate Affinity (GRA), a joint venture of Guaranteed Rate, Inc. and title/ settlement services firm Anywhere Integrated Services that is the primary mortgage lending partner of Coldwell Banker, announced the return of Kevin Dilday as he steps into the role of area sales manager for GRA's Mid-Atlantic region.

Dilday, a mortgage industry veteran with more than three decades of experience, previously served as a regional manager at Guaranteed Rate Affinity before departing in 2022. He cited the company’s particular culture, technology, and strong relationships with loan originators as key reasons for rejoining.

“Guaranteed Rate Affinity’s marketing, tech, and culture is something that cannot be replicated anywhere else,” contended Dilday. “If you’re a self-sourced originator,” he added — that is, an MLO who generates his or her own leads — “this is the place you want to be.”

“With all the tech tools we have and are continuing to enhance at the company, it couldn’t be a better time to join GRA,” Dilday said.

Dilday seems to be a strong recruiter of mortgage professional talent. During his previous tenure at GRA, he helped bring on nearly a dozen “Chairman’s Circle” top-performing loan officers while promoting a solid work-life balance culture, the company noted.

“Kevin is a true leader and we’re glad to welcome him back,” said Jay Crowder, GRA’s president of the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. “We’re confident he’ll play a major role in helping drive growth and attracting top talent across the region.”
