Optimal Blue Expands Executive Team With Strategic CFO & CRO Appointments
Optimal Blue has promoted Lanny Rogers to CFO and Jeremy Moreno to CRO to strengthen financial strategy, unify revenue functions, and support the company’s next stage of growth
Optimal Blue is entering its next phase of expansion with two seasoned leaders stepping into pivotal roles with the promotion of Lanny Rogers III, CPA, to the role of chief financial officer, and Jeremy Moreno as chief revenue officer.
Rogers’ elevation to CFO marks a strategic investment in financial stewardship as the company scales. Having joined Optimal Blue in 2017 and advanced through roles in accounting and financial oversight, he now takes responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation and due diligence on acquisitions. His measured, collaborative approach has already shaped key decisions behind the scenes, and CEO Joe Tyrrell emphasized that Rogers’ clarity, pragmatism, and leadership will be central as the company continues to grow responsibly and innovate for its clients.
“As we have continued to experience exponential growth and expansion, Lanny has been central to strengthening the financial nimbleness of our business,” said Tyrrell. “He brings clarity to complex decisions, balances discipline with pragmatism, and understands the financial considerations that shape every part of our operations. He has already been helping steer our financial direction, and this role formalizes his leadership as we continue to scale responsibly to continue bringing new innovation and value to our clients.”
Moreno’s promotion to CRO formalizes his leadership of a unified revenue and client retention function. After more than a decade with Optimal Blue, including his most recent role as vice president of sales, he brings extensive experience in client services, operations and relationship management. Moreno will focus on strengthening cohesion across the client lifecycle and ensuring the company remains agile amid changing market conditions.
“Optimal Blue had a record year in 2025 for both adding new clients and expanding relationships with our existing clients. As we continue to prioritize our current and future clients’ success across all aspects of our business, Jeremy’s leadership in the CRO function creates a unified team dedicated to this essential function,” said Tyrrell. “Jeremy has a track record of focusing on the needs of our clients and driving predictable, long-term growth for Optimal Blue, and he is the right leader to further align our strategies around client retention.”
